COMMISSIONS CURRENTLY CLOSED!Please read the following terms attentively:• GENERAL (personal use)I. The Terms of Service apply to the customer by commissioning me, even if the customer hadn't read them.II. I reserve the right to decline any commission request.III. I reserve the right to post the images on any social platform I see fit to showcase my work.III.1) If the work is a gift, I'll respect the secrecy of the piece while it's still a surprise.III.2) The commissioner's piece and/or original ideas will NOT go to my print shop or be re-sold by me in any circumstance.IV) Commission prices are set for personal use only which means no commercial use. For commercial use, please contact me about it.IV.1) The commissioner/client DO NOT have the right to mint or sell their commissions for NFT or any other crypto currency.IV.2) The commissioner DO NOT have the right to use the piece for AI art.IV.3) The product is digital and will be in PNG format, 1500px on the shortest side the minimum, sent through e-mail. The largest, final size varies between 2000px and 3000px. Everything will be sent to the customer.V) If there is a necessary deadline for the delivery of the artwork, the customer must tell in advance, before payment, so I can tell if I am able to make it before the stipulated date.VI) I'LL DRAW: any fandom or original humanoid characters. Not limited to, but I am used to drawing the following fandoms: Guild Wars 2, Dragon Age, World of Warcraft, D&D, Pillars of Eternity, general fantasy races and roleplaying games.
• Partial or artistic nudity, soft gore or blood showcase are acceptable.VI.1) I WON'T DRAW: Overcomplicated armor, mecha, NSFW/Porn (includes over suggestive expressions), H/rry P/tter related art, hard-core gore, anything offensive, etc. I won't draw any ship art or any implicit or explicit romantic piece involving characters that are minors or look like minors.---------- • ----------• PAYMENT PROCESSI. Payment is accepted via Paypal invoicing only before the beginning of the work.II. Payment is required to be made fully upfront for the current type of orders I am taking.---------- • ----------• REFUND POLICYI. Full refund applies only in case the commission is canceled before the work has started.II. For commissions in progress, refund will be based on the amount of work that has been done.III. No refund applies to the finished art or illustration in the coloring stage.---------- • ----------• COMMISSIONING EMAILI. Send an email to [email protected] or discord (@friberchi).---------- • ----------• PRIVACYI. Any personal information from the commissioner will remain in absolute secrecy on my part, such as personal e-mail, full name and address if these or similar are shown on their paypal account by any reason. I won't be sharing these with anyone in any condition, save for undeniable legal purposes only if requested by law.II. The commissioner's username of a social account of their preference might be shared upon the showcase of the work on my network, but the commissioner can choose to never have their username known.
II.1) In case the commissioner does not want their username or account known, I'll state the piece was commissioned by a "private client".---------- • ----------• NECESSARY INFORMATION:- Paypal E-mail: Inform your paypal e-mail for invoice.
- Commission Type: The tier/description of art the client wishes to commission.
- Character References/Details: [Images or links] anything you have of your character that you believe could help me, including the clear and/or detailed description of pose/expression, etc. Even stick figure helps!
Optional: A written, short description of their personality and/or notable features such as piercings, body marks, etc.
- For pet art: Pictures of your pet, description of the pose, pet toys or any other item that you would like to be drawn with them, etc.---------- • ----------• COMMISSIONING PROCESS- First, thank you for trusting your character in my hands. It means a lot to me that you had the interest!
- As soon as the agreement is set and payment is received, I will start working on the commission in chronological order.
- In the initial phase, a rough sketch will be sent for approval of the pose / expression, if applicable.
- After this phase, the clean sketch will be sent, when the client can request changes before the coloring / lineart / details phase.
- I will send screenshots of the artwork at any stage whenever the client asks for updates.
- After the illustration is finished, the customer has 24 hours to request minor changes. These minor changes will be made at no additional cost.***

Tier 1 refers to art pieces of solid color and linework (without shading).

I'm Frience (frie-en-see) and a part-time freelance artist and for this reason I take few commissions slots per time to properly dedicate to them. I can only take commissions during holidays, vacations or eventual breaks from my fulltime job.Commissions are currently closed and shall remain like this for a while. I appreciate the interest!
