🛡️ For your safety: upon requesting a commission through my google forms, you'll be replied by [email protected]. Please always be aware of scammers. Remember to check the spelling of accounts and be attentive to details. I'll never send you an invoice without telling you in advance.✦ Prices are in USD.
✦ The ToS apply to anyone who commissions me. The moment the client pays the commission invoice or ko-fi request, they agree with its terms. 🌼 Click here to read them.🐰 If the commissioned character has bunny ears or longer horns, the resolution sizes described in the below tiers will be adjusted to fit them.🌱 The "REQUEST THIS" buttons will take you to my Google Forms.This page's content:

Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTIONI. The Terms of Service apply to the CLIENT by commissioning me, the ARTIST, even if the CLIENT hadn't read them.II. Commission prices are set for personal use only which means no commercial use. For commercial use, please contact me about it.III. I work fulltime, so commissions are done at night or during weekends and holidays. For that reason, I'll open 1 or at max 2 slots per time (usually per month) to make sure paying clients don't wait too long for their art.IV. By requesting a commission, the CLIENT agrees with the ToS and is aware of the ARTIST's availability described on III.V. Boundaries:
I DRAW: General humanoid/fantasy characters of any body-type, artistic nudity.
I DON'T DRAW: Explicit or heavy NSFW, gore, artistic nudity of anthro/furry characters, anything I'm not comfortable drawing.-------------------------//I. GENERAL TERMS1. The ARTIST reserves the right to deny any commission request. In case of commission denial, if commissioned through ko-fi, since payment is automatic, the payment will be refunded.2. Out of respect for the ARTIST's work, the CLIENT DOES NOT have the permission to mint or sell their commissions for NFT or any other crypto currency.3. Out of respect for the ARTIST's work, the CLIENT DOES NOT have the permission to use the piece for AI art or Machine Learning.4. If the art has a specific deadline, it must be communicated in advance.5. The product is digital and will be in PNG format, RGB Mode, 300dpi and 2000px on the shortest side the minimum, sent through e-mail to avoid loss of quality.6. The ARTIST reserves the right to post the images on any social platform to showcase their work.6.1) If the work is a gift, the secrecy of the piece while it's still a surprise will be respected.6.2) The CLIENT's piece and/or original ideas will NOT go to the ARTIST's print shop or be sold by the ARTIST in any circumstance. The ARTIST won't claim any original character of the CLIENT as their own.7. Big changes on the piece won't apply during the final stage and must be requested during sketch phase.-------------------------//II. PAYMENTSWhen payment is made through paypal between the artist and the client:
1. Payment is accepted via Paypal invoicing only before the beginning of the work.
2. Payment plans can be requested on budgets above $150 USD.☕ When the artist offers Ko-Fi commissions, Ko-Fi will handle the transaction.-------------------------//III. REFUNDS1. Full refund applies only in case the commission is canceled before the work has started.
2. For commissions in progress, refund will be based on the amount of work that has been done.
3. No refund applies to the finished art or illustration in the coloring stage.-------------------------//IV. DELIVERY1. Delivery time vary from type of commission and the CLIENT's response time. For example, a portrait take less time to be concluded than a half-body. A simple half-body takes less time to be concluded than a half-body with background, and so on. Usually the delivery time is not long since the ARTIST will focus on small queues at a time and won't let clients unanswered for over 72 hours save if the ARTIST suffered an unavoidable life setback which will be communicated.2. The time that the CLIENT take for approval of sketches, colors, etc; won't count as delay of the piece for the CLIENT's reply time do not depend on the ARTIST who'll be waiting for them.-------------------------//V. PRIVACY1. Any personal information from the CLIENT will remain in absolute secrecy on the ARTIST's part, such as personal e-mail, full name and address if these or similar are shown on their paypal account by any reason. The ARTIST won't be sharing these with anyone in any condition, save for undeniable legal purposes only if requested by law.2. The CLIENT's username of a social account of their preference might be shared upon the showcase of the work on the ARTIST's network, but the CLIENT can choose to never have their username known.2.1 In case the CLIENT does not want their username or account known, the ARTIST will state the piece was commissioned by a "private client".-------------------------//VI. NECESSARY INFORMATIONApplies to Google Form commissions:
- Fill the Google Forms which link will always be available in the COMMISSIONS page when commissions are open.

- Clear visual references of the character must be provided by the client.
- The CLIENT will be contacted through their ko-fi e-mail. In case the CLIENT wish to be contacted in a different e-mail, it must be informed in ko-fi message box in "additional details".Applies to direct contact commissions:
- If you send me an email or dm me on bsky, we might start the commission process through the same steps the google forms require: type of commission, references, email for contact and invoice.-------------------------//VII. COMMISSIONING PROCESS- After the agreement is set and payment is received, the ARTIST will start working on the commission in chronological order.
- If applicable or deemed necessary: a rough sketch will be sent for approval of the pose or expression.
- A refined sketch will be sent, when the client might request changes before the coloring / lineart / details phase.
- After the illustration is finished, the CLIENT has 24 hours to request MINOR CHANGES if necessary. These minor changes will be made at no additional cost.End of Terms of Service. These terms were updated in November 18, 20:28.
